How can I apply for SQE2 Exemption?

To gain an SQE2 exemption, you must show that you have the skills and legal knowledge assessed and applied to the same standard as candidates taking the SQE2.

How to do it?

To do this, you will need to provide:

  • evidence of your professional qualification, eg an admission certificate or a certificate of good standing
  • a reference showing you have at least 18 months' legal work experience post-qualification as a Bangladeshi advocate
