Solicitor/Paralegal/Claims handler

After an incredibly busy 1st year, Canford law Scotland Ltd are seeking to expand as the business continues to grow. This is an exciting opportunity to join a niche legal practice and join part of a growing team.

Canford Law Scotland Ltd legal practice is seeking Solicitors, Paralegals and Claims Handlers to handle insurance work. This is a fantastic opportunity to join the firm and service existing clients. There is a strong focus on providing excellent customer service and a high level of quality to meet the service level agreements of our insurer and corporate clients.

The Role:

You will work with autonomy on your own caseload from pre-litigation through the entire litigation process. You will assist clients and give guidance throughout whilst obtaining all the relevant information required to progress the claim.

​You will manage your daily tasks through our purpose-built case management system making every file touch count, using your skills and knowledge to successfully settle the claim whether this be through negotiation or litigation.

Must have:

• 1+ Years Credit Hire / RTA / Litigation Experience
• A desire to succeed
• Client care skills
• Problem solving skills
• Attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Good administration and organisational skills
