We are seeking an organised and motivated Paralegal to join our growing Debt Recovery team based in Newcastle. This is an exciting opportunity to join a successful and expanding business line within the firm, offering excellent opportunities for progression, development, and increased responsibility within a supportive and collaborative team environment.
The department delivers high-quality legal services to some of the UK's largest and most innovative financial services organisations.
Job Purpose
The successful candidate will, under supervision, manage a caseload of unsecured debt recovery matters, through pre-litigation and into litigation and enforcement.
Person Specification
Essential Criteria
- Degree in Law or Legal Practice experience etc
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Commitment to delivering high-quality legal services and achieving positive client outcomes
