Paralegal – RTA & Personal Injury
Location: Bolton (office-based)
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £24,000 – £30,000 per year (DOE)

An established, well-respected law firm in Bolton is growing its RTA and Personal Injury team and wants an experienced Paralegal to join them. You'll get your own caseload, real responsibility and a team that supports you, at a firm where your work is noticed and your progress matters.

What You'll Be Doing
- Running your own caseload of RTA and PI claims from first instruction to settlement
- Being the main point of contact for clients and keeping them updated
- Gathering evidence, including medical records, police reports and witness statements
- Arranging medical appointments and reviewing medical reports
- Drafting letters, claim documents and settlement packs
- Working on the MOJ Claims Portal and Official Injury Claim (OIC) portal
- Negotiating with insurers and third parties to get the best outcome for clients
- Keeping case management systems accurate and up to date
What You'll Bring
- Previous paralegal experience in RTA and/or personal injury (essential)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organisation and the ability to manage a busy caseload
- Confidence using case management software
- Law degree, LPC, SQE or CILEx (desirable, not essential)
