We are looking for a competent paralegal to support our team. The ideal candidate would ideally have experience in Conveyancing/Commercial Property.
The candidates are expected to have an enthusiastic, professional attitude and work well under pressure.
You would be encouraged and supported to progress and develop your career within the firm.
Job Description:
Amongst other things, you would:
- Open files
- Liaise with all parties within a transaction
- Assist fee earner with preparing files for exchange and completion
- Deal with correspondence and telephone calls
- Carry out post completion procedures
- Preparing commercial/ residential leases
