SO Legal is looking for a motivated paralegal to join our property team in Bath. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your expertise and build a long-term legal career with a growing law firm.
You will support our solicitors across a broad range of property matters, including drafting and reviewing documents, managing files, carrying out legal research, liaising with clients, and coordinating with third parties. Our team advises homebuyers, landlords, tenants, developers and investors across Bath and the South West.
Our Bath office opened in 2026 as the sixth office in our growing full-service law firm for businesses and individuals, bringing clear, practical legal advice to clients nationwide.
With structured training and close support from senior colleagues, you will be encouraged to take on greater responsibility as your confidence and experience develop.
For ambitious paralegals, this role offers a clear progression path and the opportunity to secure a training contract, gaining experience across different areas of the firm. Since launching our trainee programme in 2016, we have awarded more than 40 training contracts and remain committed to developing and retaining talented people.

- Law degree or previous experience working within a law firm
- Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
- Excellent communication and client care skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn and develop

The successful candidate will be based at our Bath office at 2 Queen's Parade, in the city centre.
