Job Overview:
Our well-established law firm in Mid-Wales is seeking a dedicated Conveyancing Paralegal to join our team. A law graduate would be ideally suited to this position. You will play a crucial role in supporting our conveyancing department with various tasks related to property transactions.
Duties:
- Duties include opening files, ensuring all files are compliant, drafting of contract packs.
- Assist conveyancers in managing property transactions from start to finish.
- Liaise with clients, solicitors, and other parties involved in the conveyancing process.
- Dealing with post exchange administration and with Land Registry requisitions.
- Conduct property searches and obtain necessary information for transactions.
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions and update databases accordingly.
Skills:
- Proficient in IT applications including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Exceptional time management skills to meet deadlines efficiently.
