Role Description

FQPS Academy invites applications for a part-time, remote Community Manager who will play a crucial role in engaging and growing our online community across multiple social platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and our blog. The Community Manager will be responsible for creating and curating content, fostering engagement, and building relationships with our audience to enhance their learning experience and foster a sense of community among our students.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media strategies to grow and engage our online community.
• Create, curate, and manage published content across various social media platforms.
• Monitor, listen, and respond to users in a way that builds community and positively influences engagement.
• Develop and expand community outreach efforts and partnerships.
• Analyse key metrics and compile reports for management showing results and areas for improvement.
• Stay updated with industry trends and make recommendations for maximizing social media best practices.

Qualifications

• Proven work experience as a community manager or similar role.
• Experience with creating content for and managing Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and blogs.
• Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
• Ability to identify and track relevant community KPIs.
• Knowledge of online marketing and understanding of major marketing channels.
• Strong analytical and multitasking skills.
• Degree in Communication, Marketing, Business, New Media, Public Relations preferred.
