Role Overview:

My client is looking for an experienced, dynamic and commercially minded Commercial Property Paralegal / Legal Executive / Solicitor to join its growing team. The successful candidate will play a key role in providing expert legal advice across a range of commercial property matters while driving the department forward through strategic thinking and business development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing a varied caseload of commercial property transactions.
• Drafting and negotiating contracts, leases, and other property-related legal documents.
• Liaising with clients, agents, and other solicitors to ensure smooth progress of the transactions.
• Post-completion formalities, including Land Registry registrations
• Researching and reporting on legal and regulatory updates and developments
• Developing and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and contributing to the growth of the department.
• Collaborating with colleagues across the firm to provide a seamless, multi-disciplinary service to clients.

Required Skills:

• Experienced Commercial Property Paralegal with significant experience in commercial property law.
• Ability to manage a wide range of commercial property transactions independently.
• Commercially minded, with a proactive approach to business development and a strong desire to drive the department forward.
• Excellent negotiation, drafting, and communication skills.
• Ability to build long-term client relationships
• Strong attention to detail and a focus on delivering high-quality service.
• Capable of working under pressure to meet deadlines and manage competing priorities.
