When will my order arrive?
Digital items (mock packs) unlock in your FQPS account or arrive by email the moment you pay. Printed books are dispatched within 3 working days on a tracked UK service, or from the date shown on a pre-order.
Do I need an FQPS subscription to buy these?
No. Everything in the shop can be bought on its own, with no subscription required. Digital items simply need an FQPS account so we can unlock them for you, and checkout creates one automatically if you do not already have it.
Are the materials up to date with the SRA specification?
Yes. Our SQE2 book is the 2026–27 edition and covers the SRA’s latest changes, and the platform is updated as the SRA publishes changes.
Can I get a refund?
Printed items can be returned unopened within 30 days for a full refund. Digital items are non-refundable once accessed, in line with UK consumer law for instant-access digital goods. But if something is wrong, contact us and we will put it right.
Do you ship outside the UK?
Digital items are available worldwide. Printed items currently ship within the UK only. International shipping is coming soon, and all digital resources are available to international students today.
