The Role

We are recruiting for a new Receptionist/Legal Assistant to join the team at our Chippenham office. This is a full-time role working 9.00am to 5.15pm Monday to Friday.

On a daily basis you will be the main point of contact for reception duties for the office, which will involve dealing with clients/visitors, whether that’s in person or over the phone, arranging meetings and appointments and dealing with client queries such as verifying ID and taking card payments.

At times you will also be required to support fellow Legal Assistants within the office with admin and secretarial tasks such as typing files notes via digital dictation and collating documents.

The Team

The Chippenham office itself currently houses 19 employees who work across our Family, Private Client, Residential Property and Marketing departments in various roles.

Your Experience & Qualifications

You will need to have previous experience of working in a similar role or office environment and be able to liaise with clients/customers in person and over the telephone.

This is a varied role that will suit an individual who enjoys multi-tasking. Excellent organisational and IT skills along with the ability to remain focused when under pressure is essential.
