About the Role:

Are you detail-oriented with excellent organisational skills and a strong understanding of administrative procedures?

As a Legal Assistant, you will provide highly efficient administrative support to the Legal Services Team. You will be the initial point of contact in the legal team for stakeholders across the business.

In this role, you will:
  • Monitor the inboxes for legal, Intend (Society’s commercial contract database), data protection and money-laundering
  • Provide support on data protection and money laundering processes and administration, including co-ordinating responses to individual rights requests and producing routine reports
  • Maintain the legal work tracker as required, reporting on SLA compliance
  • Deal with the various annual licence renewals and attend to the annual renewal of legal subscription services, including PLC
  • Provide transactional support by sending/filing and organising disclosure documents as part of the due diligence process

This role is part of a team based from our Head Office in Warwick, with a mix of working from home and in the office, you will need to be able to travel into the office on certain days.

About You:

  • GCSE Maths and English or equivalent
  • Previous work experience in an administrative role evidencing strong organisational skills is essential
  • A keen interest in legal support work is desirable
  • Computer skills – Word, Excel, Power Point, Teams, Outlook and Access systems to a high standard
