About the role & team

If you're looking for a new opportunity to utilise your administration and people skills, we're looking for an administrator who will be providing administration support to Occupational Health, Human Resources, and Organisational Development.

The ideal candidate will have strong organisational and time management skills, work well within a team environment, have a good working knowledge of GDPR, and be committed to delivering a high standard of service to external and internal customers. They will also be confident in using a variety of database ICT systems and be willing to learn new skills.

This role is varied and rewarding and supports a wider team of OH and HR professionals. The role will involve day to day administrative tasks including, clinical diary management, data entry, and customer relations via telephone, email and reception.
