As your professional qualification does not have a regulatory body, we cannot validate your practice rights and confirm that you meet the required standards. This means you will need to complete section 8 of the application and provide specific examples from your professional experience of tasks and activities that show how you have achieved each of the skills. You must support this with redacted samples of work, corroborated by detailed references from supervisors.

You will need to provide a reference showing you have at least two years' legal work experience post-qualification as a Ukrainian lawyer.
