To do this, you will need to provide:
- evidence of your professional qualification, eg an admission certificate or a certificate of good standing
- evidence that you have completed an approved law degree or a reference showing you have at least two years' legal work experience post-qualification as a Jordanian lawyer
- proof of your referee(s) professional qualification, eg an admission certificate or a certificate of good standing
- evidence that you have completed a qualification in Sharia law.
If you have not completed a qualification in Sharia law, you will need to complete section 8 of the application. You must provide specific examples from your professional experience of tasks and activities that show how you have achieved each of the skills. You must support this with redacted samples of work, corroborated by detailed references from supervisors.
