Job Description

We are searching for a Senior Wills and Probate Solicitor on behalf of our esteemed client based in Skegness.

You will join a thriving private client department, where you will have a varied mix of cases relating to Wills and Probate. You will be responsible for assisting with the allocation of work within your department, as well as assisting with the training and supervision of junior team members.

To be considered for this role, your application must reflect that you have a minimum of 5 years’ experience of handling a range of Wills and Probate cases from start to finish, including advising on and drafting of the following:

➢ Wills

➢ Probate

➢ Powers of Attorney

➢ Court of Protection

➢ Trusts ➢ Estate Planning

➢ Wealth Management and Inheritance Tax HR/2024

The successful candidate will be:

  • IT literate with ability to work effectively on a case management system.
  • Able to work well as a team, as well as being able to work on your own initiative.
  • Willing to participate in business development activities.
  • You will have excellent client care and interpersonal skills.
