Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Paralegal to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will assist attorneys with various tasks, including legal research, document preparation, case management, and client communication. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a thorough understanding of legal procedures and terminology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Case Management: Assist in managing cases from inception through resolution, including maintaining case files and tracking important deadlines.
  • Document Preparation: Draft, review, and organize legal documents such as contracts, pleadings, discovery materials, and correspondence.
  • Legal Research: Conduct legal research using various resources and compile findings to assist attorneys in case preparation.
  • Client Interaction: Communicate with clients to gather information, provide updates on case status, and answer any questions or concerns.
  • Court Filings: Prepare and file legal documents with courts and administrative agencies.
  • Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to attorneys, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
  • Compliance: Ensure all legal work complies with relevant laws, regulations, and firm policies.
  • Interview Assistance: Assist attorneys in preparing clients and witnesses for interviews, depositions, and trials.
  • Trial Preparation: Organize and prepare materials for trials, including exhibits, witness lists, and trial binders.
  • Collaboration: Work collaboratively with attorneys, other paralegals, and support staff to deliver comprehensive legal services.


  • Education: Associate’s degree or higher in paralegal studies, legal studies, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of [insert number] years of experience working as a paralegal, preferably in [insert specific area of law].
  • Skills:
