What you will be doing :

  • Preparation of a closing agenda detailing the CPs and documents required to be satisfied by the parties prior to closing.
  • Review the CPs in line with RRPF pro-forma documentation (including insurance certificates, letters of credit, corporate certificates, recognition of rights agreement) and negotiate with the customer until an agreed format is reached.
  • Obtaining fee quotes from and liaising with local counsel.
  • Execution coordination – responsible for organising signing of various transaction documents in accordance with RRPF’s signing process.
  • Preparation and management of the closing mechanics process in line with RRPF pro-forma closing mechanics.
  • Liaise with the different teams within RRPF to facilitate smooth closing.
  • Responsible for ensuring all post-closing contractual actions are completed, including chasing customer and escalating internally.
  • E-filing and post-closing administration - E-filing of all RRPF contracts: lease agreements, sale agreements, maintaining local law legal opinion library, insurance certificates, security filings.
  • Contract management, administration and Compliance

  • Desirable: a degree or equivalent qualification in Law or a related subject.

The professional level and salary of the position will be dependent on the skills and experience of the successful candidate.
