NatPower is a global group specialised in renewable energy assets development, with operations in several countries. We’ve launched on the UK market, aiming at becoming one of the leaders in the next 3-5 years as we successfully did in other geographies.

We are seeking to hire a Marketing Manager, to join our team and lead our marketing, communication and PR activities.

In addition to general company activities, the role will also support and assist our Project Development Teams on a portfolio of opportunities across the UK and internationally. Our projects are at early development stage, so you will be involved with activities from initial site feasibility, right through to project construction.

As we grow, we will also be expanding into new markets and there will be opportunities to contribute to this expansion. The Team

You will be joining a growing legal function assisting the Head of Legal. The legal team supports the whole of NatPower UK and you will be working across all parts of the business to deliver legal solutions.

The Role

This is a varied role supporting NatPower UK's legal department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • drafting, negotiating and reviewing basic legal documents such as NDAs;
  • preparing drafts of more complicated legal documents and proof reading complex legal documents;
  • conducting legal research into topics relevant to the company;
  • assisting the Head of Legal in preparing legal training sessions for the wider team;
  • attending meetings with the legal team and taking notes for circulation;
  • carrying out document management and managing virtual data rooms;
  • co-ordinating document signing; and
  • assisting with the management of the company secretarial function within NatPower UK.

The amount of these activities that you'll do and the level of responsibility you'll have will depend on your experience and your own willingness to take on further responsibility.

Requirements and skills:

  • a Batchelors Degree in Law or completed a law conversion course;
  • excellent MS Office knowledge;
  • outstanding organizational and time management skills;
  • ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team;
  • discretion and confidentiality;
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills; and
  • ability to think outside the box and adapt to changing needs.

Whilst we are a remote first company - there is a requirement to attend on site meetings in London, usually held at least twice a month.
