What will you be doing?

· You will be working within the in-house legal team,

· Assisting with legal work loads; reviewing and drafting agreements such as basic non-disclosure consultancy agreements,

· Carrying out legal research,

· Attending committee meetings and taking minutes when needed,

· Assisting the senior team members with their workload; project work, corporate governance, corporate structuring & execution.

What you’ll need:

· A Law degree with LLB Hons 2:1 or above,

· An interest in becoming a Commercial Lawyer in the energy sector,

· Experience working in a corporate environment,

· Excellent organisational and communication skills.
