FQPS Academy Is Listed on the SRA’s SQE Training Course Finder

What the listing is

FQPS Academy is listed on the SRA’s SQE training course finder, the Solicitors Regulation Authority’s public list of organisations that offer SQE preparation. Our SQE1 and SQE2 courses appear there alongside other providers, with their format and cost band.

What the listing means, and what it does not

The course finder helps candidates see who offers SQE training. The SRA does not approve, accredit or endorse training providers, and it does not verify what providers tell it. A listing shows that a provider exists and what it says it offers; it is not a mark of quality. FQPS Academy is independent of the SRA and of Kaplan, which runs the assessments.

An earlier version of this post, published in November 2023, described the listing as SRA approval. That was wrong, and we have corrected it.

How to judge an SQE course

With no official approval to rely on, compare providers on things you can check: the total price over your whole preparation period, how many full mock exams you get, whether you can talk to a qualified solicitor, and how the course covers the SQE1 syllabus. What FQPS Academy offers

FQPS Academy prepares candidates for SQE1 and SQE2 online, with monthly plans and no minimum term. Every plan includes a designated mentor and a personal study plan from Cleo, our study planner. SQE1 plans include revision cards, practice questions and full FLK1 and FLK2 mock exams; SQE2 plans include live 1:1 mocks with a solicitor and written feedback. The pricing page has the details.
