Established in 2003, Gide London advises financial institutions, multinationals funds, governments and other public and private companies, investors and international organisations on their operations in the UK, France and around the world. Our team of around thirty lawyers is experienced across multiple sectors and many are dual qualified in English and French law.


6-month internship from July to December 2024

You will be joining the London office, with a team of around thirty lawyers with expertise, amongst other areas, in International Arbitration.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Legal research / drafting notes and memoranda;

  • Analysing the legal issues relating to ongoing cases;

  • Participating in the handling of cases and tasks assigned by associates and partners;

  • Drafting of legal submissions.

You will benefit from a high level of involvement in the management of cases (participation in client meetings, handling of cases, court proceedings, etc.).


You are aiming to become a business lawyer, and are a graduate or enrolled in a Master's Degree specialising in litigation, arbitration or international law.

You have already completed previous internships within law firms.

A very good command of both English and French is essential. Training abroad is highly appreciated.
